Return Conditions

Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of the products while they are in their possession.

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning a product when exercising the right of withdrawal.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the applicable refund.

Where required by applicable law, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Where legally permitted, we may wait until the returned goods have been received or until the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Legal Guarantee

Products sold to consumers in Belgium are subject to the applicable legal guarantee of conformity. For new consumer goods, the legal guarantee generally applies for two years from delivery.
